A child can begin skiing lessons with us from 2 and half years old in private lessons.
We accept children from 4 years old and up for group lessons.
Adults of all ages are welcome.
You must bring your own equipment or rent equipment. Rental fee is not included in the price of your lessons.
Our partner rental shop is Intersport Les Lutins/Tyrol. They will provide a 20% discount for group lesson bookings with us.
The meeting point is at our Snow Garden ESI in front of the Hotel Cote Brune, next to the Coolidge Ski Lift.
Should you be late, call the office as soon as possible
If you are a beginner, no pass is required as we will stay down in the area accessible with the free lifts.
As you advance up the slope, your instructor will recommend where and which skipass to purchase
Our groups are 10 children maximum. Our « mini groups » are limited to 4 students. .

Insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended.
Enquire with your own insurance policy to see if you are covered. Or you can also purchase ski insurance with us for you and your family.
You must pay the total amount for the reservation if you book online.
Please contact us by email for the pay later option (deposit required).
For deposits you pay online via a payment link that we send to your email address.
You then pay the remainder upon arrival. Payments are possible with credit cards, cheques and cash.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
During high season rescheduling is not possible.
During low season please inquire with your instructor directly.
Private Lessons are from 12pm to 2.30pm.
During low season, other times may be possible according to availability.

Make the reservation for them in the same level as normal and let the instructor know on the first day that they are related and wish to stay together.
Group lessons start on Sunday and finish on Friday. Or Monday to Friday for a week of 5 days.
You have a choice between morning groups (9:30 - 12:00) and/or afternoon groups (14:30 - 17:00).
Outside of school holidays the group classes take place in the mornings.
Yes, lessons will not be cancelled due to weather.
In the case of bad weather dress appropriately with warm layers.
Lessons are only cancelled if the ski lifts are closed by the resort.
No, you will only need them after your first parallel turns.
No, it’s not advised..
For private lessons, you can arrange the meeting point with your instructor, if he is not booked before and after your lesson.
It is not possible to change the meeting point for the group lessons.
We only offer refunds for illness or injury. A Doctor’s written note is requiremed to receive the refund.
Ski or snowboard equipment, suntan lotion, sunglasses or goggles, warm clothes and gloves.
A helmet is advised and maybe a small water bottle and/or snack in your pocket.
Your skipass if you are already venturing up the mountain.
Do not panic! Our instructors are professional and they are trained to handle the situation :

● And try not to engage with your child until the end of the class
No, if your child misses a lesson during the week, it is not refunded.
If you child does not wish to continue with the group lessons, it is not refunded.
Our instructors can speak French and English and certain instructors can speak Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
You will take your skills to the next level and discover new slopes, learn how to stop, how to turn and explore different skiing styles and pistes according to your level.
Most importantly you will have fun.
Throughout the week, the monitors note the childrens level and present the correct level medal for them at the end of the week.
Yes, your child will receive a medal at the end of the week and a notebook stamped showing the details of the medal. Our levels are recognised internationally.
If your child is in a private lesson please inquire with the instructor.
Yes the medal and booklet is included with the group lessons. For private lessons it is possible to ask for a medal which will cost €5.
